Wells Fun Run (WFR) Sponsors or anyone associated wit the Wells Fun Run, High Desert Cruisers, Wells Chamber of Commerce, City of Wells, Elko County, State of Nevada and anyone else connected with the presentation or management of the Wells Fun Run, Shall not be responsible for damage, Injury or theft during the events. Entrants will be held responsible for any damage they or members of their party do the Wells City Park. Entrants and their guests agree to permit WFR to use their names and pictures for publication purposes, before, during and after the event at no cost to WFR. WFR reserves the right to refuse admittance to or to dismiss anyone acting in bad conduct at our discretion. Any entrant participating in driving events , must have his/her vehicle in a safe operating condition and have automobile liability insurance meeting the State of Nevada License requirements.

Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. I hereby release and discharge the WFR sponsors of any liability or claim from myself and family.
